Upgrading or Downgrading your GoSquared Account

You can upgrade or downgrade your GoSquared account to any plan at any time.

If you upgrade your GoSquared account before the end of the current month of your billing cycle, you will be charged the new rate immediately, and your monthly billing cycle will repeat every 30 days from this date.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Sign in to your GoSquared account, then go to Settings and choose the "My Account" option in the sidebar. This will show which plan your account is currently on, and allow you to easily upgrade or downgrade to any other plan.

An easier way to upgrade or downgrade your LiveStats Plan is to go to the Site Manager and click on the Site you wish to upgrade in the left hand sidebar. Then click on the "LiveStats (Upgrade / Invoices)" tab and choose the Plan you wish to upgrade to. Clicking upgrade will take you straight to PayPal where you can complete your transaction.
