Getting started with GoSquared and Olark
GoSquared integrates with Olark - one of the world's leading live chat providers. The integration is all done behind the scenes - you don't have to worry about anything.
All you need to do is to install Olark on your site as usual (outlined here).
You'll also need to install GoSquared on your site as usual, ensuring that you're on a plan that supports Olark integration.
If you're on a suitable GoSquared plan and have Olark installed correctly, you'll be able to see a chat button in the visitor detail view within the GoSquared interface.
Simply click this chat button to initiate a chat with the visitor of your choice!
